Wedding Cake Rock

Wedding Cake rock is found in the Royal National Park that can be easily accessed from Bundeena. You can park in the carpark in Beachcomber rd, although the parking is very limited due to the number of tourists who visit this area.
Starting the walk to wedding cake rock
The track to Wedding Cake Rock will be found on the left-hand side once you begin following the trail down. The walk offers many beautiful views along the way which allow for a great number of photos. One great stop on the way is the "Balcony" which is a rock formation that goes down in levels. You are able to climb down these rocks to get a close view of the blue water below however it does pose risks.
The Wedding Cake Rock track can be rather muddy is it is recommended that you wear suitable shoes. The track takes roughly 1.5 hours return with allowance for photos. If you continue to follow the the trail it will lead you on the Bundeena to Otford walk, Era beach and figure 8 pools however, they are long walks, some even taking two days to complete.
